Accuracy of Shipping Address:

Undeliverable Orders:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Returns and Exchanges:

At Saunderya Malhotra Label, we take pride in the uniqueness of our made-to-order pieces. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise and offer exchanges in certain cases.

  • No Refund Policy: We do not entertain any kind of refund under any circumstances.
  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted for items that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate an exchange process.
  • Exchange Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a damaged item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when returned.
  • Procedure: To request an exchange, please send us an email with detailed information about the damage and photographic proof. Upon verification, we will process your exchange request.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Please note that all our pieces are made to order, specifically tailored to your preferences and specifications. This policy is in place to ensure the highest satisfaction and product integrity.
