Processing and Shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 days. Whenever possible, we aim to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed.
Shipping Time: All orders are expected to be delivered within 10 days from the date of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, delivery may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Accuracy of Shipping Address:

Undeliverable Orders:

Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will incur a restocking fee, which will be assessed based on the specific circumstances of the return.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Saunderya Malhotra Label is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost after delivery, please contact your local law enforcement agency to report the theft.

Returns and Exchanges:

At Saunderya Malhotra Label, we take pride in the uniqueness of our made-to-order pieces. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise and offer exchanges in certain cases.

No Refund Policy: We do not entertain any kind of refund under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted for items that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate an exchange process.
Exchange Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a damaged item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when returned.
Procedure: To request an exchange, please send us an email with detailed information about the damage and photographic proof. Upon verification, we will process your exchange request.
Made-to-Order Pieces: Please note that all our pieces are made to order, specifically tailored to your preferences and specifications. This policy is in place to ensure the highest satisfaction and product integrity.
